The program operates a free call 1800 telephone support line for bereaved parents, family and friends support Australia wide. The telephone is answered by a professional counsellor throughout the week, and over the weekend it is staffed by a volunteer roster of counsellors and trained parent support workers. We know that sometimes it is hard to pick up the phone and sometimes you just want and need someone to talk with. We are here with a listening and caring ear. The support team are incredibly passionate about supporting bereaved families. We feel very honoured to receive your call.
